These terms define the conditions under which users may access and use the Color Me Tranquil application and services, including the digital coloring library, subscription plans, downloadable content, and online tools.
Accessing or using the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the service.
The app allows users to browse and download coloring pages, access premium collections, upload artwork, and use additional features depending on their subscription level. A stable internet connection and compatible device are required.
The publisher cannot be held responsible for interruptions, downtime, or issues beyond its control.
Premium access is offered through paid subscriptions processed securely via Stripe, our payment and billing platform.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Customers may manage or cancel their subscription directly through their Stripe Customer Portal (link provided in their receipt email).
All illustrations, artworks, coloring pages, books, texts, and components of Color Me Tranquil are the exclusive property of Marie Lou Fruteau unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, sale, or redistribution of uncolored pages is prohibited.
Users may color and share their completed artworks publicly for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution when possible.
Users who upload images must have the rights to use such content. The publisher is not liable for unauthorized uploads.
Uploaded images are used strictly within the app and never sold or shared externally.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of premium access and the instant availability of downloadable content, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Color Me Tranquil collects minimal personal data needed to process access. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.
Users may request access, modification, or deletion of their data in accordance with GDPR.
The publisher is not liable for indirect damage, data loss, or interruptions. The service is provided “as is,” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
The publisher may modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, France.
